Lose 4-6 pounds in one week!

Here a few simple steps to drop scale weight quickly!

When you are trying to drop pounds I think it's important to remember that your weight does not equal your worth.  There is more to you than a number on a scale. But there is also nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight or having physical goals and doing so from a place of honor and respect can make losing weight easier and more effective.

First off, start with WHY-> why do you want to lose weight and what is your ultimate goal?  The more clear and specific the better! If this is all for a temporary situation then your results will most likely be temporary.  I am guessing if you are reading this that you would not only like to lose the weight but also keep it off. So, reach beyond the quick and fast and figure out what your long term goals are.

Next, you have to have a plan. (You can download my easy meal plan
here).

What will you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner? What kind of snacks will you have? Plan on eating mostly whole and unprocessed foods, always include protein, produce, carbs and fats.

1-Use high protein, lower fat options like egg whites, ground turkey breast, chicken breast, greek yogurt, protein powder, and turkey deli meat.
2-Enjoy fresh fruit and/or veggies with each meal or snack
3-Plan on including whole food carbs like beans, potatoes, and whole grains

4-Use fats to add flavor but in limited quantities (fats have 9 calories per gram compared to protein and carbs with only 4 calories per gram). 

5-don't drink your calories-(high fat and sugary coffee, soda, juice, wine, beer, other alcohol, etc.)
6-Close your kitchen after dinner

**Your plan should also include aiming for 30-60 minutes of movement everyday (jogging, yoga, resistance training, etc.), increasing your steps, drinking 120 oz of water, getting to bed on time, eliminating alcohol and highly processed foods.

Now  you have to EXECUTE without EXCUSES. Stay committed to you and your plan regardless of whatever comes up.

Here's the best part-> now you have a plan. You can repeat the plan over and over to keep losing weight. Maybe somethings from the plan didn't work, that's ok! Access and adjust and keep implementing.
